		<description>The note is a related party transaction.  It&#039;s an accounting requirement to disclose all transactions between related parties, including a subsidiary.  

It is possible that some of these transactions were conducted soley by Aston Villa Football Club Ltd, and not the subsidiary.  (eg, Man City might have refused to deal with the subsidiary, so Gareth Barry&#039;s sale money would not be included within the related party disclosure.)

Nevertheless, IF all transactions went through this subsidiary, then it&#039;s very interesting.</description>
